Do I get a meal plan?
The program contains meal plans for 4 different calories for 8 weeks from Vladimir and a professional nutritionist. The program also includes all the detailed information to calculate your individual calorie intake based on your goal.
What happens when the program ends?
Access to the program is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase, as we believe that for an 8-week program, 6 months is enough and you can move on to the next improved program.
What weights should I use when training?
The program contains all the information on selecting a working weight in video format from Vladimir.
What if my payment method doesn't work?

If you do not have serious injuries or health problems with contraindications to training, the program is suitable for you. The program has no age limit, because you choose the working weight individually for yourself.
